The Mukilteo School District No.6 or the MSD no. 6 is located in Mukilteo in the state of Washington. It is a public school district. This district includes the entire city including the portion of South Everett and other areas toward the south of the metropolis. It was organized in 1878.
The school district consists of more than 14163 students that live near the “Puget Sound” that is 15 miles north of Seattle in the state of Washington. It serves 68,000 people or over three times the metropolis alone. The district has a total of 12 elementary schools, 3 high schools and 4 middle schools. It also holds a methodological high school that serves the surrounding school districts. It has a financial plan of $104.7 million. The districts objective is to have a high quality of education by setting high standards that are attainable and interesting for students. Their mission is “To help prepare the community’s children/students to be triumphant and contributing learners, workers and citizens”. People have moved in their area because of the district’s high standards and good quality of education. The MSD boasts of the students’ consistent high score in achievement tests as well as academic honors. |
